Returns Policy

Please ensure that you have read and fully understand the return terms before completing your purchase.

Faulty goods

If the item is faulty then we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange after it has been checked by a member of our staff.

Change of mind

If you wish to return or exchange your item return postage will be at your own cost. This also applies if you have ordered the wrong size. We will refund the item amount less postage.

Exempt Products

The following items are excluded for hygiene reasons: Wigs, Wig Caps, Gloves, Earings, Underwear (includes tights/stockings) and Make-Up (including Face Paint & Eyelashes)Costumes containing any of the above items are also excluded.

Returns will be processed within 7 days by a member of our staff. Please contact us through within 7 days of purchase to arrange a return. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. All returned items must be in as new condition, unworn and in their original packaging. We do not accept responsibility for the safe return of items and recommend using a tracked postal service.
